Gallstone Symptoms

Your Shortcut to Relieving Gallstone Symptoms

Hi, I’m Judy Seeger, trained naturopathic physician with over 33 years of experience in the alternative medicine field. Have you ever wondered if there are natural therapies for gallstone symptoms? Well, there’s good news – there are!

First, let’s go over the basics! Gallstone symptoms can range from no pain to severe pain. Let’s look at the most common ones:
  • ~ The most common symptom is pain in the upper right part of your abdomen. When its severe pain, and it’s not constant, its called a gallbladder attack.
  • ~ Gallbladder attacks can occur as little  as every few days to every few months.
  • ~ Frequently, pain will start about 30 minutes after a meal that is fatty, greasy.
  • ~ The pain is usually very severe or it can be dull which lasts a few minutes to a few hours.
  • ~ Sometimes, the pain shoots up the right side of the back into the shoulder blade area.
  • ~ Most of the time, the pain happens at night.
  • ~ Nausea and vomiting can occur along with fever.
  • ~ In severe cases, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes) occurs.
Now its time to talk about the top 3 natural therapies you can use for your gallstone symptoms. These are the ones I used in my clinic on thousands of people who had gallstones or who needed to start a liver flush for toxin removal
  1. Stop eating fatty, greasy foods – that’s just common sense folks! Fried foods are just impossible for your body to break down and digest. However, in my experience, I’ve also found that avocados, olives, and nuts can cause a problem. Along with these you will have to stay off of all dairy products – milk, cheese, ice cream, butter. Instead, plant based foods like almond milk, hemp milk, rice milk are easier to digest.
  2. Add fresh lemons – by adding fresh lemons to your water you are helping your liver break down the fats, naturally. Add ¼ lemon for each 8 oz glass of water you drink or add a whole lemon to a quart of water. Using organic lemons are great because of the extra nutrients, but not necessary. Also, limes are not as effective as lemons. Sip on the lemon water throughout the day.
  3. Do 100 crunches daily – I know, I hate doing situps too, but I do them anyway. Why are situps and crunches so good for you? Because the action of squeezing your stomach muscles gives the liver and gallbladder a squeeze too. This simulates and promotes more blood flow to that area. More blood flow means more oxygen! Your cells love to get more oxygen, because it helps to increase their power to clean up the toxic mess you created! Start out slowly by doing 10-20 each morning and work your way up to 100 each day. I’m at 50 daily situps!

Awesome! I also want to let you know that I love your emails. I'm going strong on my essiac tea, my body was lethargic and my skin was gross (releasing toxins) for a bit, but my energy is starting to soar and my skin is clearing up. I found a bunch of fresh, organic burdock root at my local coop, started making my own sauerkraut, making Pao d'Arco tea w/ Yerba Mate and Green (all organics), it tastes sooo good, and I'm eliminating very well. Thank you Judy!

On the 12th of May, I began to have slight pain on the right side. Tried Flush 3 (hard) and it worked very well. Quite a lot of green and brown stones got flushed out. I am so glad. No pain. Maintaining the fruit juices and diet as mentioned.

"I purchased your book this weekend. I also did one of the cleanses, which I was amazed at. I did the one on page 53 and was astounded at the amount of stones that came out. It was extremely helpful and beneficial. I feel great and I had been sick for at least 6 months. I have Celiac so it is imperative that I do all I can to keep my gallbladder. Thank you for making this information available.
Thank you very much,
