5 Things About Gallbladder Function You MUST Know

Get ready to learn why keeping your gallbladder function at top notch speed can double your energy levels AND keep your weight down!

Hi, I’m Judy Seeger, traditional naturopathic physician here to share my 33 years of experience with you. The truth is, I’ve learned from my clinical experience that people don’t get how to really heal themselves. They take medications or supplements hoping for a quick remedy. Everyone does it!

I want to show you how taking care of this small little organ, called your gallbladder, can make a HUGE difference in your energy, your weight, your very life!

What IS so important about your gallbladder?

This 3 inch organ is located right under your liver and is responsible for breaking down fats. Why is this important? If you don’t have a way to break down fats, your body starts trying to protect itself…it will start clumping up the fat (which is actually cholesterol) and can form into gallstones.

Gallstones first start forming in your liver and can travel through little tiny tubes called biliary ducts. But most of them end up in your gallbladder.

This means that when there are too many gallstones, you can get blockages and ultimately…. PAIN.

Gallbladder Healths Tips

Tip #1

To keep gallstones from forming and causing your hours of pain and misery, its absolutely essential to digest fats. How do you do that? By taking a fresh lemon and squeezing in right into your mouth after you eat a fatty meal! The lemon cuts the grease, fast and easy!

Tip #2

Eliminate ALL fat from your meals! This includes fried foods like French fries, fried chicken, or anything cooked in oil! You should also stop eating ice cream, yogurt, milk, cheese, and even more natural foods like avocadoes, olives, and nuts can cause problems in your gallbladder.

Tip #3

Stretches – especially upper body stretches are excellent to squeeze and move your liver and gallbladder. Sit ups, crunches, core exercises also squeeze and strengthen your abdominable walls making you look and feel great

Tip #4

When you take care of your liver, you take care of your gallbladder. Drink a minimal amount of alcohol although I have found that drinking dark, bitter beers doesn’t harm the liver or gallbladder as much. I bet you never heard a natural health practioner say that to you before! But I have learned that the hops, a natural bitter herb found in dark beers stimulates bile flow, which can be good for you! Of course, drink only 1-2 beers not 5 or 6!

Tip #5

Another added bonus to your liver is reducing the toxins you expose yourself to. This includes hair care products, body lotions, to eating foods with chemicals on them, to breathing in toxic fumes from nail care products. Toxins are everywhere and while we can’t live in a bubble – what kind of life would that be! – it is important to avoid all toxins. Less toxins equals less stress on your liver AND your gallbladder.

When your take care of your gallbladder, it can function exactly like its supposed to! You’ll never have to worry about serious diseases like choleocystitis or developing gallstones!

Awesome! I also want to let you know that I love your emails. I'm going strong on my essiac tea, my body was lethargic and my skin was gross (releasing toxins) for a bit, but my energy is starting to soar and my skin is clearing up. I found a bunch of fresh, organic burdock root at my local coop, started making my own sauerkraut, making Pao d'Arco tea w/ Yerba Mate and Green (all organics), it tastes sooo good, and I'm eliminating very well. Thank you Judy!

On the 12th of May, I began to have slight pain on the right side. Tried Flush 3 (hard) and it worked very well. Quite a lot of green and brown stones got flushed out. I am so glad. No pain. Maintaining the fruit juices and diet as mentioned.

"I purchased your book this weekend. I also did one of the cleanses, which I was amazed at. I did the one on page 53 and was astounded at the amount of stones that came out. It was extremely helpful and beneficial. I feel great and I had been sick for at least 6 months. I have Celiac so it is imperative that I do all I can to keep my gallbladder. Thank you for making this information available.
Thank you very much,
